Purpose, Innovation & Partnership
We’re an Integrated Minerals Partner — Sourcing, Trading & developing a logistics/Supply Chain Mine-to-Port Execution & Data-Led Control Project at Minim Martap at the Adamawa province of Cameroon
Located in Cameroon,
Minim Martap is one of the world’s richest bauxite deposits.
As projects like Minim Martap move toward first production, Leopard Partners stands ready to underpin pit→IRF→rail→port→ship with on-spec, on-time, audit-ready logistics—telemetry-verified, IMSBC/GUCE/CNCC-aligned, and built for bankable performance across Central Africa.

Minim Martap,Cameroon Mine-to-Port Corridor
Leopard Partners is activating a bankable, telemetry-led logistics corridor for world-class bauxite and allied bulk flows—Minim Martap and beyond.
Overview
Leopard Partners is rapidly standing up a data-driven mine-to-port execution program serving Central Africa’s tier-one bauxite developments. Our mandate is simple: turn first ore into first ship—on-spec, on-time, audit-ready—by unifying pit → IRF (intermediate rail facility) → rail → port → ship on one timetable with telemetry, compliance, and lender-grade reporting at every node.
Our corridor model is designed for deposits with high-grade, low-impurity bauxite, and scales to support specialty flows (e.g., calcined/refractory grades via covered storage and, where appropriate, containerized FIBC handling).
Global alumina refineries prize consistent, high-grade bauxite with low reactive silica—and they pay premiums for predictable, compliant delivery. As Central Africa’s long-life projects move toward production, the bottleneck isn’t geology—it’s execution. Leopard turns that constraint into an advantage: we make the corridor’s throughput, paperwork, and ESG bankable for miners, traders, and lenders.
Where we operate
- The corridor centers on Cameroon’s central belt, linking inland mine districts to the Atlantic via the national rail spine and deep-sea export terminals. We synchronize operations across in-pit loading, weighing/sampling/moisture control, train load-out, stockyard management (stacker-reclaimer), and high-rate shiploading—built to cut dwell, reduce demurrage, and keep windows. Inland: IRF & TLO sites positioned to minimize haul distances and cycle time. Rail: Reserved train paths and handshakes with rail ops to keep trains full, turned, and on schedule. Port: Dust-managed conveyors and shiploaders; IMSBC/TML controls; GUCE/CNCC and SOLAS VGM integrated.
Projects Overview

Leopard Logistics (Road & Warehousing)
We provide road haulage across Cameroon and neighboring regions, operating a modern fleet of trucks equipped with real-time tracking.

Leopard Minerals Transport (Mine-to-Rail)
moving bulk ore or minerals from often isolated mine sites to processing plants or ports.

Leopard Maritime (Port Services)
We serve as a reliable port agent, handling all the coordination needed for smooth vessel operations.

Leopard Infra (Infrastructure & Assets)
World-class logistics require world-class infrastructure. Leopard Infra develops, owns, and operates the physical assets that keep supply chains running smoothly.

Leopard AgriSupply (Agriculture & Cold Chain)
We organize collection of crops from farm gates or aggregation points, using insulated trucks or reefer containers as needed.

Leopard Data & Telematics (Digital Platform)
the digital platform that powers our smart logistics.

Our Services
Leopard Partners offers a spectrum of services covering the full supply chain, each handled by specialized teams under our umbrella.
Leopard Logistics (Road & Warehousing)
For general cargo and overland transport, Leopard Logistics is your go-to partner. We provide road haulage across Cameroon and neighboring regions, operating a modern fleet of trucks equipped with real-time tracking. Our drivers are extensively trained in safety and local route conditions, ensuring reliable deliveries even in remote areas.
Leopard Minerals Transport (Mine-to-Rail)
Mining companies face unique logistics hurdles – moving bulk ore or minerals from often isolated mine sites to processing plants or ports. Leopard Minerals Transport is built to tackle this challenge. We operate specialized off-highway trucks and heavy-duty tractors to carry ore from the pit to the railhead (or intermediate stockpile) safely and efficiently.
Leopard Maritime (Port Services)
When your cargo reaches port, Leopard Maritime takes the baton. We serve as a reliable port agent, handling all the coordination needed for smooth vessel operations. Our port services team books berths, liaises with harbor masters, and ensures that customs and port authority paperwork is pre-arranged for incoming or outgoing ships.
Leopard AgriSupply (Agriculture & Cold Chain)
Agricultural supply chains are time-sensitive – delays or temperature fluctuations can spoil entire shipments. Leopard AgriSupply addresses this with end-to-end agri-logistics and cold chain services tailored to Africa’s farmers and food producers.
Who leads it

Frequently Asked Questions
We run the corridor on one timetable and prove it in data.
Control tower: 100% telemetry (GPS, axle-load, fuel, moisture, weighbridge EDI) across Pit → IRF/TLO → Rail → Port.
Capacity locked: Reserved train paths, stockyard slots, and ship windows; SOPs for stacker-reclaimer and shiploader cadence.
KPI governance: Weekly scorecards (on-time %, cycle/dwell, laytime/demurrage) with SLA remedies.
Resilience: Wet-season playbooks, spare units, and alternate routings to protect >95% on-time targets.
We’re the execution integrator—not the miner.
Scope: Operate/coordinate IRF & TLO, first-mile haul, rail handoffs, stockyards, port agency/stevedoring, and document pack.
Interfaces: Work alongside rail and port operators under reserved capacity; transparent handoffs and shared ETAs.
Contracting: MSA + SLA with measurable KPIs (on-time, moisture/TML compliance, safety, documentation accuracy); optional co-investment in infra/assets; performance-linked fees.
Compliance is built into the process, not bolted on.
Standards: IMSBC moisture/TML workflow, SOLAS VGM, GUCE/CNCC integration, segregation of duties; audit-ready packs (COA, weighbridge, customs).
Safety & community: Zero-harm target, training, local hiring/SME participation, and community KPIs published on cadence.
Assurance: Stock-throughput insurance, third-party SOP checks, and data trails immutably logged; role-based access and secured EDI for regulators and lenders.
